CNC Lathe SM series

These turning centres offer complete complex milling and machining capabilities of medium-diameter bar stock. The machine has a total of 10 axes and capacity for up to 49 tools, with two turning spindles, two milling spindles and two B-axes. Our High- grade Vertical Lathe SVTL series are especially designed for rapid and simultaneously turning of the components. Vertical lathe machine is worthy for turning heavy cylindrical and taper faces, boring, grooving and cutting threads also including taper threads. The SVTL series of vertical Lathe is self supporting and the rotating parts are encased in an enclosed Oil- proof housing. Different series of SVTL has different capacity of cutting needs of Work peice. Apart from that it is easy to operate. Moreover it has an extra safety features such as complete splash guard, protection door and warning lights etc. We have different product lines in our business which includes Special Vertical Turning Lathes SVTL, deep hole drilling and fixturing. It is helpful for handling of large and short work piece which is the inclusion of the turret, which is an indexable tool holder that allows multiple cutting behaviour to be performed, each with a different cutting tool, in easy, rapid succession, with no need for the operator to perform set-up tasks in between, such as installing or uninstalling tools, nor to control the tool path. The latter of the machines is due to the tool path's being superintend by the machine, either in -like fashion, via the mechanical limits placed on it by the turret's slide and stops, or via electronically directed servo mechanisms for computer numerical control lathes. CNC Plannomiller SPM Series :

Sahil Alloys and machine tools are impersonating the CNC Plano milling machine is suitable for components of ferrous and non ferrous metal like carbon steel, low and high alloy steel and cast iron. It required for machining of bearing GBC of steam turbine of 200 MW to 500 MW. CNC Horizontal Boring Machine :

All structural parts of CNC horizontal boring machine are manufactured from high quality cast iron tempered and stress relieved at Sahil machines. It has a movable column and minimum deflection of spindle extension. The total rotary table or long table is concurrently controlled type which is optional and standardize. The column is made of grey cast iron. Topmost rigidness and durability of the column is achieved through the process of toughness which also leads to precision and rigidity in metal-working procedures in production. The servomotors for all CNCs horizontal boring machine can be control 5 or more axes position data of the machine at the same time. The motors are straight way linked to the ball screws that limits backlash and a higher inflexibility between the drive and the ball screw. Therefore it is possible to achieve very precise linear, circular and spiral interpolation. The rotary movement is attained through two pinions, each of them having its own servomotor.
