Vertical refrigerator/deep freezer: Compact and sleek design in gastronom sizes, provides maximum storage in minimum floor space. Sturdy construction uniform cooling, PUF insulation, temperature indicator (optional). 300 lts – 1,400 lts.
Table top refrigerator/deep freezer: Provides cold storage facilities combined with operational utility. In three sizes 28” width in 54”/72”/90” lengths. Capacities of 275, 425 and 600 lts, accommodating 16/24/32 pans.
Bottle cooler: Available in six models with 130 to 710 is capacity, accommodating 150 to 1,000 bottles of 190 ml size.
Ice cream display cabinets: Even/controlled cooling effect to keep ice cream perfectly soft. Large front viewing glass. Choice of keeping 8/12/14/18/22/24 flavours.
Pastry display counter: Stainless steel storage tank. Varied capacities from 30 to 450 lts for use of 100 to 1,800 persons respectively.
Ice cube bin: The upright stainless steel container has an insulation packing between its two layers. Stores ice cubes for many hours.
Ice cube maker: with know how from Spain, Hotel equip has introduced a tropicalised ice maker that works on the paddle system. SS hardware, it also has lamps to indicated water supply and compressor on/off position. Comes in 60 kg/90kg/175kg capacities. Capable of making 32/40/80 cubes per cycle.
Supercold commercial cube ice machine: A special feature which permits ice formation from pure water, the remaining being flushed away from the ice tray. Once formed, the ice cubes are stored in a bin where the temperature prevents the cubes from freezing together. Rounded cubes also stay loose for easy scooping. Grills around base allow for easy access to all mechanical and electrical parts for maintenance.
Freezers: A sister concern of Hotelequip, they offer horizontal, vertical, table top and under-counter units. The chillers, coolers and storage or display type units are frost-free. Made from 304 type SS of 22 swg, they are alternatively made of colour-coated sheets. Heavy duty, SS, rust proof hinges are tailor-made. Efficient insulation is provided with polyurethane and foam.
