Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect adds Wifi and Bluetooth to the Raspberry-Pi RP2040 microcontroller, provided by a separate U-blox Nina W102 module and integrated antenna, creating the perfect IoT device, to connect sensors and actuators.
This board can be programmed entirely online, using the Arduino Cloud and the Arduino IoT Remote smartphone app.
Arduino Nano RP2040 comes with a dual core 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ processor, that has a high performance energy efficiency, while clocked at 133 MHz. It allows the exploration of embedded Machine Learning algorithms out of the box, and is perfect for learning TinyML, TensorFlow Lite or Edge Impulse.
On board: 6-axis IMU sensor to detect movement and gestures, a ATECC608A Cryptographic Coprocessor, an integrated microphone, 20 Digital I/O, 8 Analogue pins, 20 PWM, 8 Programmable I/O (PIO) for custom peripheral support, UART, SPI, I2C bus and a micro USB connector to provide peripheral connectivity.
Besides the Arduino language, you can also program the Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect in MicroPython and CircuitPython, via the free of charge OpenMV IDE. With 16MB flash memory external to the microprocessor, there's plenty of room for your code and onboard data storage.
