- SIZE: Cutting Dia: 5/8\", Shank Dia: 5/8\", Length of Cut: 1-5/8\" and Overall Length: 3-1/4\".
- APPLICATION: This tool can be used on copper, copper alloys, cast iron, steels, carbon steels (HB~225), alloy steels (HB225~325), pre-hardened steels (up to HRC~45), hardened steels(HRC40~45).
- PERFORMANCE: The material is K200 ultrafine micro grain carbide. It is equipped with ultrafine particles of special trace elements, which is suitable for efficient cutting, low speed heavy cutting and other processing methods. When it comes to stainless steel or heat-resistant alloys, such as titanium based and Nickel Based Alloys, they have excellent performance.
- AlTiN COATING: It is an excellent coating with a hardness of 3500HV, a maximum operating temperature of 900 ?, a grayish-black color and the coefficient of friction of 0.45. This coating has good insulation, smoothness, and wear resistance, which is suitable for high-speed cutting, dry cutting, and hard cutting tools. The aluminum oxide layer formed in this coating can improve the high-temperature machining life of the tool.
- 4 FLUTE CUTTER: It has a unique geometric shape and powerful cutting edges. 4 flute is great for speedy cutting and are also particularly suitable for planar, stepped, grooved, and formed surfaces, while the 35 degree helix design can achieve smooth surface finish and better chip removal control than those with lower helix degree.
