Excel Impex brings you a combo of diamond files which are ideal for hand filing and grinding of alloy steel, tungsten carbide, glass, tool steel, semi precious stones, hard stones and many other hard and brittle material. Both flat and half profiles are equally effective on both hard and brittle materials. Unique proprietary diamond coating enabling better performance. Out of the total length of 160 mm, 75 mm has been coated with diamond ensuring ample space for filing. Neoprene handle sleeve is also provided for easiness and grip. Widely used in die moulds, saw blades, cutting tools, carbide insert and any places where hard grinding and ample sharpening is required. It is also used in hand filing of toughened glass, general engineering and household sharpening requirements.
