- FrogTape Multi-Surface Blue Painters Tape is a medium adhesion painter tape designed for use on painted walls, raw wood and wood finishes. FrogTape Pro Grade (AKA Shurtape CP-130) has a clean removal of 14 days and is UV resistant.
- Patented PaintBlock technology is what makes it different from other painters' tapes. This technology prevents the leakage of latex paint by forming a micro-barrier along the edges (reacts with water in the latex paint). You get a fully sealed tape edge with the sharpest paint lines possible.
- PaintBlock is a super absorbent polymer (SAP) that absorbs and retains large amounts of liquid compared to its own mass - it is used in many everyday items, including baby diapers.
- As with any other paint tape, we recommend removing and reapplying FrogTape between coats of paint. Otherwise, you run the risk of the paint layers becoming too thick and overlapping the tape. This can cause fresh paint to tear when removing the tape.
