Eco-friendly Nordic Pure 1 Pure Green AC / furnace filters are made of environmentally responsible non-woven, high loft, antimicrobial filter media. These filters are rated MERV 8, but have a lower pressure drop than our pleated filters. The filter media is derived from recycled plastic bottles and the outer frame is beverage board made of recycled paper products. This filter will capture dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander and dust mites. Nordic pure air filters are treated, to prohibit the growth of mold and bacteria on the filter itself. We recommend that you replace your air filter every 30 to 90 days.
