WATER LEVEL CONTROLLER WITH 2 TANK SENSORS FOR 3 PHASE D-O-L STARTER (MK 1 Type) -- FULLY AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This meticulously designed system energizes the pump motor as soon as water level in overhead tank goes below the programmed/pre-fixed/pre-set point, and switches off the motor immediately when overhead tank fully fills up. It also switches off the pump motor when water finishes in the lower tank. This way the system, not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The system also has the option for starting the pump motor manually with one soft touch/press button, before the water level in the overhead tank reaches the prefixed/programmed level for automatic switching on. However, this function will not activate pump motor if there is sufficient quantity of water in overhead tank. The said quantity of water for using this option may vary according to setting/adjustment of sensor for switch on & off levels in overhead tank. -MAINTENANCE-FREE SENSOR-SWITCHES: The system, in strong shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance-free sensor-switches which sense water levels in the tanks without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions or oxidations to these sensors.- EASY TO INSTALL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor in each tank which can be connected, colour-wise as per sticker pasted above the connectors. System can be connected to control a direct On-Line Starter as per the connection diagram mentioned on page 5 of the operators manual. - NOTE: WIRE FOR CONNECTING CONTROLLER WITH TANK SENSOR IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. PLEASE USE BRANDED .5 MM (3 CORE) WIRE FOR THE SAID CONNECTIONS & DISTANCE BETWEEN CONTROLLER & OVERHEAD TANK SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 200 FEET. CAUTION: Its a 220 (AC) volt device, must be installed by a trained Electrician only.
