It is one of the four large-scale state-owned enterprises that entered the international engineering contracting market at the earliest in China.
China Road and Bridge Engineering Co Ltd has taken root in Hong Kong and Macau, and has undertaken over a hundred projects of various types. Relying on Hong Kong and Macau, it has developed a large number of infrastructure investment projects in mainland China and Hong Kong and Macau. At present, the company has held the highest grade C license of all five categories of the Hong Kong government (road and drainage engineering, construction, harbor engineering, site formation and water affairs).
