- Private Mileage Report need to submit it by 2nd week of every month to HR.
- Cash expenses Payment Report need to submit it by 3rd week of every month to HR.
- Download credit card statement from Mi vision and sending the same to respective
employee.
- Approving the credit card expenses in concur around 800 to 1000.
- Sending reminder mail to employee who have not uploaded in concur.
- Supporting to Audit related work.
- Preparing the report and JV of Credit card.
- Duty recredit working and QPR Report Quarterly.
- Supporting to Audit related work.
- Preparation of EOU Report for the receipt, storage, processing & removal of goods
- Coordinating with vendor to fill the GST return on time.
- Preparation of ITC Reversal and E-Way Bill Reconciliation.
- Daily Sale’s and purchase Bill verification.
- Vendor reconciliation Quarterly.
- G/L and vendor Clearing.
- Month end, quarter end and year end Book closing.
