•Maintenance of updated Database and MIS : Keeping an updated report on existing and potential customers, complaints and follow ups , ratio analysis on projected sales with that of the sales on date.
•Monitoring Developments vis-ŕ-vis Company’s Competitors: Constantly upgrading information on strategies and developments made in the product range by competitors in the region and devising latest trends or changes in marketing policy to keep pace with changing consumer need and satisfaction level with a view to attract more market share.
