Profile Description : Responsibilities:
01) Planning, monitoring the production activities with effective Utilization of resources viz. men, machinery and materials in Achieving Production Targets.
02) Studying the Designs, Verifying the BOMs and Coordinating With various departments like quality,testing,designs,planning, HR and Materials for smooth running of production And continuous development activities in the section.
03) Ensuring high standards of quality in the products. 04) Preparation of reports like Daily, Weekly production variance Reports and Failure analysis report based on which the corrective and preventive actions are taken.
05) Identifying the training needs for the subordinates and providing the required training to them by discussing with Training and Development department.
