Profile Description : Job Profile & Responsibilities:
1 Daily Reporting to Production head for daily production report, contractor plan & dispatch report etc.
2. Looking after all fabrication & assembly line.
3. Responsible for production planning & controlling to achieve production targets as per customer
requirement.
4. Handling team of 50 to 60 workforce of fitters, welders & helpers.
5. Work loading to teams as per their skill.
6. Awareness, Training & Motivation to team members towards higher Productivity. 5S, KAIZEN.
7. Morning & evening review with teams for day to day problems & improvement in productivity.
As a Engineer (Production Department)
- Planning for RM Assembly and its fabrication.
- Achieved daily & monthly production target.
- Ensuring proper assignment of operation of machines & men to machines to get maximum output, backing up
Supervisor for the same and directly handling the severe situation
