Myself Davraj,I haveThree year diploma in
Mechanical Engineering from Institute of mechanical
engineering (New Mumbai)with eight year +
experience .I am very much Interesting in working
with a reputed and well managed organization
where my potential is Utilized to the fullest.
Thereby leading to the organization as well as my
career in the organization. I has been complete
erection and commissioning work of Rolling mill tmt
with M/s SHRI RAMA STEEL LTD ,BADDI, DISTT-SOLAN .
Presently Working with ELECTROTHERM INDIA
LTD as Assistant Manager (Maintenance) in Rolling
Mill TMT since 5 sept 2009 to till date. This
Company is mini Steel division Capacity of 6 lace
steel production with TMT Rolling ,Two Kilns of 250
&350 TPD respectively ,Blast Furnace , Sinter
Plant, DIP pipe. Another unit of first YO-Bike
{Electric Vehicle}
Responsibility for all mechanical activity
in my division. Effective utilization of machine
and equipments. Establish maintenance plans and
workflow for whole production plant to get
effective production. A maintenance activity to
ensure equipment is operational and safe to meet
production objective. Conduct post-maintenance
monitoring to ensure repairs and changes to systems
are effective. Production planning and control
(PPC) to meet production target and dispatch
requirement. Inspecting job work after every set
up or process change and maintaining records of
Preventive Maintenance and breakdown history of
equipments. Erection, commissioning and project
work managing. Managing preventive and breakdown
maintenance of machine and equipment so as to
reduce downtime to minimum. Troubleshoot and
diagnose issues and develop root cause failure
testing, utilizing Failure Modes & Effects
Analysis. Comparing the planned production
activities with the actual production activities
and finding out the cause for the deviations and
taking the necessary solution for the same. Flow
of information to management in form of reports to
ensure smooth flow of material. Maintenance
responsibility of Gasi fire & furnace, EOT crane,
Roll assembly, Pump house, Wooden cooling tower
etc.
