Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure smooth production and implement safety rules.
• Ensure the dimension base in the drawing in casting table.(Concrete/3D Panel Thermacol)
• Ensure the fixing of steel is correct base on the sharp drawing.(Concrete/3D Panel Thermacol).
• Ensure the cement thickness required between reinforcement steel or 3D Panel thermacol.
• Ensure the quantity of Concrete and in the casting table is sufficient
• Assisting and Training the new labor.
• Making Arc Design in 3D Panel (Thermacol).
• Distributing manpower to each job allocation.
• Housekeeping in the working area.
• Reporting a daily production output to my superior.
• 3D Panel wall erection, Shotcrete&Plaster finishing, good maintenance in building site.
