JOB PROFILE  Executing preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy earth moving equipments like Motor Graders (BEML GD 605 R2), Vibro-Rollers, (DYNAPAC CA 251), Dozers (CATERPILLAR D6H, D50,W380) Shantui SD23, Excavators (Poclain 90 CK – II & III, PC200, Cat 320 (CL & BL),Cranes,Tata Hitachi, JCB and Mixer Machines), Wheel Loaders (HM 2021,2021Z, W380 Komatso) Vogele paver super (1800,1800-1, 1800-2) Blow nex paver, & Apallo paver at site & Workshop.  Executing Preventive & Break down Maintenance in Mobile Cranes like Tata ACE, Koeing) & Crawler Cranes like Manitow 4100W, P&H Tata Cranes & Erection.  Executing preventive and breakdown maintenance Hot Mix Plant (Apallo sector & Lintak mixing plant).  Experience in CP-30 Batching plant & Metso Crusher 200 Tph.  Erection of CP-30 Batching plant & Metso crusher.  Planning, scheduling, and monitoring of maintenance activities, Facilitating monthly budgets, and all kinds of reports etc.  Complete overhauling of Engines like Leyland, Tata, Ruston, Kirloskar (HA series), Deutz and AV1 Engine.  Monitoring the work shop & site.  Monitoring Diesel consumption of equipments & Machineries.  Preparing & Monitoring of Reports in SAP & ORACLE.  Maintaining all kinds of heavy Equipments in advance In Preventative Maintenance.  Purchasing the Spares for all kinds of Equipment & Heavy Machines.  Preparing Monthly reports such as EMS (Equipment Monitoring Summary), Form – 7 (Equipment Utilization report), Costing Reports (Equipment Cost Statement) etc.,  Preparing of work order & Purchase order in oracle net.  Monitoring of Equipment Log Sheets for working hours, Idle Hours, & Breakdown Hours.  Monitoring Diesel consumption of equipments & Machineries.  Preparing Reports & Maintaining files for ISO Audit etc.  Preparing & Reporting Fortnightly Breakdown, & DPR’s (Daily Production Reports) to H.O. and correspondence.  Boiler blaster removal & Assembling.  Boiler Fusion dismantling & functioning. kindly do the needful please. regards R.Prasanna +919537595253
