The NECO GROUP promoted by Mr. B.L. Shaw is one of the India?s large industrial group engaged primarily in Ferrous Foundry business. The group has diversified its items, activities and taken up manufacture of Industrial Valves and its components. Beside this Ferrous and Non-ferrous Valves, and their Components are manufactured in collaboration with Schubert & Salzer, West Germany.
NSSL Limited, formerly known as Neco Valves Limited, was established in 1988-1989 with the licensed capacity to produce 7500 valves per annum. NSSL has enhanced its capacity to 12000 Valves per year by introducing CNC machines . The unit with constant efforts, dedication and with the help of experienced technical personnel is now manufacturing valves as large as 44? in pressure class up to ANSI 2500 psi in Cast Carbon Steel , Stainless Steel and various Alloy Steels for different applications.
The products are designed, manufactured and supplied to the International Standards such as Gate Valves as per API-600 and BS-1414, Globe Valves as per BS-1873 and Swing Check Valves as per BS-1868. The system and procedures established in the company have been audited, accepted and certified by DET NORSKE VERITAS, for ISO 9001:1994. Certification of accreditation was awarded under RVA, Netherlands. The Quality System is additionally crowned by AMERICAN PETROLEUM INSTITUTE for the use of API-6D monogram.
The valves manufactured in the unit are being used in the Core Sector projects and replacements. The clientele both in Government and in Non-Government Sectors are very wide. The encouragement extended by the prestigious customers in the field of Oil, Gas, Energy, Fertilizer & Steel Sectors have helped the unit to develop and market products, which are of import substitute nature, such as valves for CRYO Application, Valves for sour gas application (NACE Standard as per MR-01-75) and valves for hydrogen service.
