Chemical Free, Sludgeless Effluent Treatment Aurozon has developed a revolutionary treatment applicable to most industries, based on biological treatment and ozone only. The process developed consists in alleviating the oxygen demand first by a good aerobic treatment, followed by oxidation of effluent by injecting high concentration ozone gas in oxygen at 8% weght followed by an adsorption stage by passing the ozone traeted effluent through activated carbon. The process has been fine tuned and makes use of low-cost / high -reliability generators of ozone. Both the capital cost of the ETP and its running cost are lower than the conventional treatment.
