- Easy to use: Brass body with Tungsten Carbide tip combination provide thermal property close to regular brass nozzles. Can be used as drop-in upgrade for brass nozzle, less time spend on print settings;
- Abrasion Resistant: As a metallic alloy, Tungsten Carbide is less brittle than Ruby while having excellent performance in printing highly-abrasive filaments like carbon fiber / glass fiber infused, metal-filled and glow-in-dark materials;
- Funnel Shaped Nozzle: DUROZZLE's Tungsten Carbide is carefully cut and polished to have funnel shape structure. This will avoid accumulating material at the dead corners, therefore reduce risk of carbonization and nozzle blockage;
- One For Any Material: Its excellent abrasion resistant property makes it is not only suitable for highly abrasive materials eg. CF, GF, Metal filled etc, but also works well with regular materials eg PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG etc;
- Tungsten Carbide Vs Ruby: Tungsten Carbide is 3X more conductive than Ruby. It is also less brittle due to its metallic property. So user may expect more longevity and boosted volumetric flow rate when compared to ruby nozzles.
