- A upgrade Replacement printing platform-Round JanusBPS 270mm/10.6inch, compatible with Flsn Super Racer model. This steel plate is Double-Side Coated, one side with Gold Powder, another with a Smooth PEI pre sticked, comes with a magnetic base.!!!Please re-measure your build plate before ordering, not rely on its printing size area.
- Flexible, removable, can stick very well. The flexible steel PEI sheet is made of high quality spring steel that won't kink or warp when you flex them slightly! High strength and heat resistance. Both sides can be used to print, just flip it over, more convenient. The pei sheet is pre-sticked by machine, no worry about the bubbles, please peel off the profective film on the pei surface before using.
- Double sides can be used and easy to install: simply stick the bottom sheet onto your heated bed, then place the steel platform on the top. When you auto-level and mesh auto level with Kliper software on your PEI sheet, if it's done on the textured side, it will create fluctuations with the auto-level system since it is textured. ONLY using auto-leveling on smooth side PEI, everything will work perfect.
- Most filaments, such as pla, petg, can print directly on to the pei surface without the need for additional adhesives, tapes or slurry. Kindly note printing ABS needs a thermal insulation environment.
- Easy to adhere to the printing surface, easy to remove the prints. Prints come off the surface easily when the temperature of the heated bed reaches room temperature. If the print is still stuck, gentle flexing of the plate will help remove it. Just wipe down with isopropyl alcohol between prints for best results.
