Product Features :
- All metal design, the entire product parts are processed by precision five axis CNC machine tools, with guaranteed accuracy. The camouflage shell is fully aluminum alloy anodized with surface treatment, and the reduction gear POM CNC machining consumables are processed by quenching and electroplating after extrusion of the wheel.
- The diameter of the extrusion wheel is 18mm, and the larger consumable extrusion gear design increases the grip of the consumables. All gears are equipped with precision bearings for high transmission accuracy and longer service life
- Greater transmission ratio, increased torque, with a transmission ratio of ?9.54647:1
- Double wheel consumables extrusion wheel, with teeth at a certain angle along the axis, provides good friction and guidance for linear consumables. The transmission force of linear consumables is stable, and it is not easy to slip and offset along the axial direction of the extrusion wheel, improving the printing accuracy of 3D printers
- A high-temperature motor with a compatible outer diameter of 36MM and a gear tooth count of 10T has a lighter weight and smaller volume to achieve greater transmission ratio and torque. The product packaging does not include high-temperature motors, and the overall weight is only 48.6 grams. The packaging is equipped with installation tools and does not require assembly.
