• Sponge sanding The foam disc adopts the special process of sponge sanding, which can remove fine sand scratches and reduce the orange peel texture, making the polished object more textured. The abrasive carrier on the surface of the abrasive disc is a unique pyramid structure of particles, which achieves the dual requirements of fast cutting and consistent finish. The sponge material is soft and comfortable, so it is suitable for grinding contours or curved objects to achieve precise polishing.
• Wet use The foam backed discs is made of silicon carbide, in order to achieve a more perfect grinding effect, spray water mist before use. The paint surface polished with this sanding disc only needs to be polished with mirror wax to achieve a perfect effect, without rough wax polishing. Therefore, it is recommended that pyramid sandpaper be used to reduce surface roughness and fine grinding and polishing work.
