Job Summary : Technical qualification:
Diploma or Degree in architecture/Interior Design.
Min 4-5 years of experience in CGI/Architectural visualization projects/ Product modelling and/or AR/VR application development
Ability to develop designs/CGI based on reference images or drawings.
Ability to resolve design issues emanating out of Design development.
Incorporating design elements into the 3d model, build libraries/assets for CGI requirement
Candidate should be able to do Virtual staging, Floor plan 2D-3D, product modelling, lighting, Texturing, rendering techniques etc.
Candidate should have experience of working on projects like hotels, Retail stores, Multi story buildings and Products
Should be well versed in modelling/visualization software like 3ds Max, Sketchup, Matter port and modelling techniques like low poly, AR/VR applications compatible etc
Knowledge on CAD software will be an added advantage - AutoCAD, Revit
Pre/post processing and rendering tools knowledge is must -Photoshop, V Ray, corona etc
Other requirements:
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within the agreed timeline
Should have handled team size of 5+ members
Flexible to work in shifts
He should be extremely good in communication, handling customer queries, front ending, Team Management
Project planning, coordination and management, responsible for successful project outcomes (cost, schedule and quality conformance) as per client SLA
