To study all the drawings for a project and verify the material and the Inputs w.r.t. the drawing
To carry out the SAT for specified material as per the test plan
To hold tool-box talks with the installers and helpers every day before start of the work and to make the work allocation for the team.
Ensure that the team has proper drawing, material and tools to perform the work
To ensure that all the work is carried out strictly as per the approved drawing and as per the construction manual
To mark the as built conditions on the respective drawing and to submit the same to the PM for records
To mark the material consumption for section and report any shortages in advance
To carry our the testing of the work done and register the parameters
To notify all the work completion to the client and have joint inspection records
To handover the work done to the client as per the agreed procedure.
To close the site and demobilize all man, material and tools as per the laid down procedure
Assist the PM to obtain completion certificate and customer feedback.
