• This motor is a direct replacement for the 38600L 24 volt motor. This is a genuine Synchron motor - not unmarked import motor of unknown quality.
• Many Synchron motors look alike and have the same color wiring, so please ensure that your motor has the number 38600L when purchasing this motor.
• This Synchron motor is 24 volts, has no cross bars on either side of the rectangular with rounded edges damper shaft and a short, wide \"cuff\" at the bottom of the damper shaft .25\" in length. Other Synchron motors are 120 volts, have round damper shafts, differing sized or no cross bars, and differing widths and lengths of \"cuffs\" at the bottom of the damper shaft.
