• Important note: 1. Most wifi plug smart outlets currently on the market only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi on the first connection. 2. If your WiFi router has both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, you should turn off the 5 GHz on the admin page of your WiFi router when you are setting up the connection. You can turn on the 5GHz again after connection.
