• Make any type glass panel door quickly and easily with this versatile bit set and the instructions in Marc's HOW-TO Glass Panel DVD.Straight glass panels, arched glass panels and divided light doors with muttons & mullions are all a breeze with this bit set.
• The unique glass panel set can make any type of glass panel door you need: regular glass panel, arched glass panel, or divided light doors with muttons and mullions.
• The glass panel doors utilize a rubber panel retainer that secures the glass in a 1/8\" slot. Rail & stile cutters leave you with a square rabbet on the inside of your door frame for installing the glass. The pattern cutting bit has a unique feature with its two bearings: the bearing in the middle of the 2 cutters gives you a guide while cutting with the grain. The bearing at the top is for use with templates to make arched glass panels. The slot cutter cuts the slot for the glass panel retainer.

• How it Works: Grooves are routed in the backs of all face frame pieces before they are assembled. Tongues are routed on the fronts of the side panels, floors, and partitions. Grooves are also cut in the backs and tops of the side panels for placement of corner blocks, and nail rails that have been previously cut with tongues.
