• Printing Setting We recommend print the Nylon12 CF nylon carbon fiber filament at the temperature of 260-300 ?C the bed temperature of 25-50 ?C, and the temperature of annealing is 80? for 6h
• Tips Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fiber, normal nozzles will wear out more easily when printing carbon fiber materials. We recommend that you use nozzles made of stainless steel, hardened steel, or tungsten gold when printing this carbon fiber nylon filament. Before starting to print, check the nozzle wear and replace it if necessary

Too high the prints come off the build plate, can't stick onto the hotbed. Key factors for a good layer: Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow Down the speed to 10-25mm/s when printing the first few layers. A roll of Dry filament and Brims also greatly help
• 4. Wide 3d printing material Compatibility: The PEI Printing Surface can be compatible with PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, PA-CF, WOOD and any other filaments. Perfect printing size works well with Crealty Ender 5 Plus. Different filament has a bed temperature setup, our testing result for your reference: PLA: 50-65?, PETG: 70-80?, TPU: 60-70, ABS: 90-100?. For high-temp required filament ABS, we recommend to print on the Textured PEI surface, Not on the Smooth PEO side
• 5. Simple Installation and Use: A drop-in replacement for the stock glass bed. First install a magetic sticker onto the non-heated bed, then align this flexible spring steel onto it. The steel PEI plate can be magnetically bonded to the sticker. Then level the bed with auto bed leveling sensor. Easy to adhere the filaments to the printing bed. No need for tape and glue stick.
