IHG Hotels & Resorts and Brigade Group have signed a management agreement to introduce the InterContinental brand in Telangana - InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis. This newly built hotel, scheduled to open in 2029, is expected to be an integral part of Brigade's upcoming mixed-use development.

InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis is proposed to have 300 rooms, once it opens. It is expected to feature five dining options, including an upscale restaurant, two specialty restaurants and a lobby lounge. The hotel also aims to provide conference facilities, a gym, spa, swimming pool, outdoor entertainment area and retail shop. To cater to large meetings, conferences and social gatherings, the hotel is proposed to have eight meeting rooms, including a spacious ballroom.
