Silvexity to invest Rs 1k cr in low-cost housing

The group's first low-income housing project, Tanaji Malusare City at Karjat, in neighbouring Raigad district, is an integrated township with 24,000 units and was constructed in partnership with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).

"We plan to develop another four townships -- two in Mumbai and one each in Bangalore and Delhi. We have earmarked around Rs 1,000 crore for these projects over the next three- four years," Silvexity Vice-President, Low Income and Rental Housing, Amod Kumar Singh told PTI here.
