Eon Electric rallies on announcement of buyback schedule

Mumbai : Eon Electric (formerly Indo Asian Fusegear) has moved up 11% to Rs 67.50 after announcing a share buyback programme. The buyback offer will commence on October 10, 2011 and closes on July 8, 2012

The board of directors have proposed to buyback 1.78 million equity shares at a price not exceeding Rs 130 per share from the existing shareholders other than the promoters of the company.
