Patterson Square to build in US

Dayton : US-based Patterson Square Limited has received approval from the Dayton City Council to construct 18 condominiums near Fifth Third Field in Dayton, located in the US state of Ohio. The condominiums will be constructed on one acre site, with an investment capital of $3 million. Each condominium will feature 1,400 square feet of space. Construction of the new project is expected to commence in June 2011. The commission has approved a $300,000 grant for site preparation works for the project. A $100,000 loan, to be administered by CityWide Development Corporation, was also approved to support development activities.
