The township, which is spreading across 192 acres, is being developed in a phased manner. In the first phase it had offered 500 plots and 117 independent houses targeting a fund collection worth Rs. 180cr. Whereas in the second phase, it has launched 1,300 plots but alongside it is also building two schools, a hospital, three shopping centers and a mall in the township. DLF has launched second phase of the scheme largely due to the overwhelming response it drew from property buyers during the first phase of the housing project making it crystal clear that the city has huge future business potentials, Managing Director, T C Goyal said.
