According to the special development plan of the Gopalpura bypass, the Rajasthan government expects to earn about Rs 50 crore by changing the land use and issuing commercial lease deeds.
According to the survey, there are 213 available plots on the 42,600 m² commercial land. The calculation of the land use rate and the commercial lease deed is based on 40% of the reservation price of the zone.
According to the master plan, there is a 72 m commercial land use corridor on both sides of the road, so the municipality has decided to start the pilot project between Tonk Road and Gujjar Ki Thadi.
