According to a recent survey commissioned by Amazon India and conducted by Nielsen, merchants on Amazon.in are optimistic about this holiday season and 98% of merchants surveyed said the adoption of technology and e-commerce has positively impacted their business. More than 78% of Amazon sellers surveyed expect to reach new customers, 71% cited an increase in their sales, and 71% named a business recovery as their highest expectations of the holiday season.
