The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has commissioned a scheme to allocate industrial lots to investors.
A senior official told media that the land allocation would be through an interview or drawing in the first week of November based on the applications received until October 31. With these allocations, the Authority is likely to bring in about Rs 800 crore and create jobs of up to about 3,000 people.
Narendra Bhushan, CEO of Greater Noida, told media that industrial lots would be provided in the Authority's Ecotech-8, Ecotech-6, Ecotech-One, Ecotech-10, Extension One, Ecotech-11 and 16 sectors. Non-polluting green-category companies can be installed on these plots, ranging from 450 m² to 20 hectares.
