Hyundai Oilbank and Topsoe will jointly look for opportunities in blue and green hydrogen, waste plastic recycling, biorefinery, eFuels, CCUS (carbon capture, utilization and storage) and other solutions to reduce CO2 emissions.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will support Topsoe in further optimizing its clean energy technologies and potentially enable Hyundai Oilbank to grow its low-carbon operations and meet the company's target of 70% of total profits. come from environmentally sound business practices by 2030.
Both Topsoe and Hyundai Oilbank strive to limit climate change. Topsoe develops advanced technologies in the field of green hydrogen, green ammonia, eMethanol and eFuels. Under the MoU, the two sides will work together to develop sustainable and efficient solutions within a range of green energy solutions.
