Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is offering 91 plots ranging in size from 450 sqm to 40,470 sqm as part of an industrial plot plan launched a day before Diwali.
Ecotech-01, Extension-01 and Ecotech-06 are the industrial sectors where the plots are located. The Industrial Plot Plan accepts applications from November 3rd to November 25th. According to GNIDA officials, assignments will be made on an as-is, where is basis.
The authority had also launched a similar program in October, offering 23 lots ranging in size from 450 m² to 20 acres to people in various industrial sectors, such as Ecotech 6, 8, 10 and 11.
A GNIDA official said they are offering 91 lots in the Ecotech-01, Extension-01 and Ecotech-06 industrial sectors under our open-ended industrial lot with sizes ranging from 450 to 40,470 sqm or 10 acres.
These plots are free from all barriers. Their lease plans are complete and ownership will be granted after a 30% deposit is received.
The Greater Noida Industrial Area is the gateway to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and is located at the intersection of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridors and the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridors. It is located in India's capital, New Delhi's National Capital Region, and borders Noida, one of Asia's largest industrial townships.
