Real estate developer Embassy Group will develop Embassy Zenith, a high-quality commercial space in Bengaluru.
The development will be a project managed by Mac Charles (India), the previous owners of the former Le Méridien Hotel - Embassy Group bought a 73.4% stake in the company in 2016.
Embassy Zenith will be constructed along Sankey Road and will occupy a total area of 2.27 acres with a total lettable area of approximately 5.5 lakh sq ft.
Andy Fisher Workshop from Singapore will design the project. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of fiscal year 2021-2022 and be completed by December 2023.
Embassy Group was founded in 1993 by Jitu Virwani, chairman and general manager of the company. The company has built more than 62 million square feet of commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, services, educational and industrial warehouse space across the country and has a land bank of more than 1,000 acres.
Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Serbia and Malaysia are among the Indian and international markets where the operation operates.
