The Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) had forced the Crown Co-operative Plot Holders' Association to demarcate 317 plots. Many lot owners have been unable to build houses on their lot for the past six years.
The secretary of the association, Kiran Lanjewar, said the association had requested NIT officials to approve the revised layout plan. The documents contain, among other things, the demarcation of the plots and the division by the urban survey.
The NIT officials assured the association that they would visit the site to check the demarcation.
He said the association has spent about Rs 4 lakh for the demarcation process. It provided the money of the plot owners who dream of building houses on the plots.
