Aparna Enterprises has injected Rs 100 crore into their tile division - Vitero Tiles, to increase production capacity at its Peddapuram facility, Andhra Pradesh.
The company has added another furnace, doubling the unit's production capacity from 15,000 m² per day to 30,000 m² per day. This growth will help the company meet the growing demand for floor and wall tiles and target more government and private projects, particularly in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and other targeted markets across India including Maharashtra, Odisha and Karnataka.
Ashwin Reddy, president of the company, told media that the tile segment, driven by increasing consumer demand in B2B and B2C space, is set to grow at an 8% CAGR in India over the next five years.
