Tata Hitachi launched its advanced EX70 Prime Series Advanced Hydraulic Excavator from its factory in Dharwad. This launch marks the introduction of Tata Hitachi's new range of Prime Series hydraulic excavators.
The main advantage of this machine is that it can meet a customer's 360-degree requirements in a 7-ton excavator in terms of performance, reliability, comfort, safety, connectivity and versatility. Tata Hitachi's EX70 Prime Series Hydraulic Excavator sets standards in all of these areas and is designed to provide precision, control, high fuel economy, high productivity, superior operator comfort, outstanding versatility and an unparalleled return on investment.
The machine is powered by a new-generation engine with 20% higher torque, which is also compatible with futuristic emissions standards. Technologies such as automatic idling, automatic deceleration, throttle with rotary knob, dual working modes, fuel-saving pump system and hydraulic regeneration system ensure the lowest possible fuel consumption. In addition, Hitachi's advanced hydraulic system, iOHS (Intelligent Optimum Hydraulic System), improves productivity with lower fuel consumption. The machine can also be easily customized with different attachments, as well as a variety of bucket sizes to suit a wide variety of applications.
Tata Hitachi's sustainability promise extends to this machine in terms of features such as a reinforced front linkage, reinforced HD track frame, track guard as standard equipment and a reinforced bucket. Higher reliability is guaranteed by proven Hitachi technology and proven and reliable hydraulic power units that have been tested and validated according to international standards.
Operator comfort and safety are a hallmark of Tata Hitachi machines, as the operator's cab is the primary point of direct interface between man and machine. The EX70 Prime Series Hydraulic Excavator has smoother control levers that require 30% less effort. All operations including driving and bulldozer are 100% pilot controlled. The cabin is also designed with comforts such as FM radio with USB support, air conditioning option and weight adjustable suspension seat with multiple adjustments. A mandatory seat belt, front guard, anti-slip tapes, baffle plates to separate hot and cold zones, and a starter motor with thermal cut-off to prevent rollover complete the cab in terms of safety.
The machine is equipped with InSite, Tata Hitachi's telematics suite that helps monitor machine operation, location, health and alarm status online. This significantly increases the ability to reduce machine downtime, further improving performance and productivity. The reliability and durability of Tata Hitachi machines mean longer service intervals are standard. However, the company's proven, proven and widespread service support ensures convenient and faster availability of service and spare parts, which is further complemented by the extensive fleet of Field Diagnostic Vehicles (FDVs) and mobile workshops. Finally, Tata Hitachi's comprehensive warranty program provides complete peace of mind for customers.
