Chandigarh Renewable Energy and Society (CREST) schrijft een aanbesteding uit voor engineering, inkoop en constructie (EPC) voor de installatie van 2 MW-netgekoppelde drijvende zonne-energieprojecten in Chandigarh met krachtige evacuatiesystemen.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs 120 million. The last date to submit bids is February 26, 2022. Technical bids will begin on February 28, and the pre-bid meeting will be held on February 18.
Bidders are required to make a serious down payment worth Rs 2.4 million. The successful bidder must submit 3% of the performance bank guarantee contract value within 15 days from the issue date of the work order.
The scope of the work includes the production, assembly, design, supply, testing and commissioning of two one MW grid-connected floating solar projects. They will be located in sector 39 Chandigarh's Water Works, tank numbers seven and eight. After the projects are commissioned, the successful bidder must provide a comprehensive operation and maintenance service for a period of ten years.
To participate in the bidding process, bidders must have completed one similar project at a cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project over the past seven years.
The bidders must also have commissioned two comparable projects for not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project or three comparable projects for not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project. Other requirements can be checked on their website.
