Bosch Limited has acquired a 26% stake in Business-to-Business (B2B) E-commerce Automotive Parts, Garage Equipment and Accessories, Autozilla Solutions Private Limited, which specializes in developing electronic spare parts catalogs.
This acquisition will increase Bosch's attractiveness in the market through its car service points and independent garages that participate in the additional loyalty program.
Bosch can now participate in a B2B digital marketplace for the independent aftermarket (IAM) in the domestic market and will help facilitate the procurement of auto parts.
Bosch will integrate with Autozilla's e-commerce platform with its digital platforms to improve catalog search quality, streamline spare parts ordering from workshops to distributors, and address spare parts availability with shorter lead times. It will improve the company's adoption in the market, expand the product portfolio and scale the business in India.
Managing Director of Bosch Limited, Soumitra Bhattacharya, said the company will partner with Indian B2B E-Marketplace Autozilla to achieve goals and plans to develop this market potential together.
Autozilla uses an artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics platform to enable efficient spare parts detection, determine availability and pricing, and match IGs with the sellers to ensure timely procurement of the spare part at the right price.
