The company has agreed to pay additional Rs 900 per month to the contractual workers and Rs 1,900 per month to the permanent workers following intervention of the state labour department. Besides, the company will provide additional medical insurance coverage and incentive up to Rs 500 per month to the workers depending on the production and sales, said state labour and employment minister, Pushpendra Singh Deo.
