Delhi Development Authority (DDA) was set to hold a draw for the allocation of flats under the DDA Special Housing Scheme 2021 on April 18.
An official told media that the 2021 DDA Special Housing Scheme, which will include 18,335 apartments of various categories in Delhi, will be held on April 18. It has received about 12,400 applications for it.
The number of applicants is much less than the total number of apartments and discounted prices offered.
The scheme came into effect on December 23, 2021 and ended on March 10.
