Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has awarded Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses a Rs 1.26 billion contract for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) project.
According to media sources, Zetwerk would supply 10,000 mt of fabricated girders to strengthen the bearing capacity of the steel bridges being built for the project.
L&T is responsible for the fabrication of steel bridges for the bullet train project, which would reduce travel time between two major cities in the Indian states of Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Typesetting Manufacturing Businesses told media that it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for an order worth Rs 126.55 crore by L&T Ltd for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad (MAHSR) Bullet Train project.
