UP RERA orders to complete Vasundhara Grand project by May 2023

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has authorized the promoter of the Vasundhara Grand housing project to complete the stalled housing project by May 2023.

The promoter and the homeowners' association had approached the UP RERA to intervene in the completion of the remaining project under its supervision so that the homeowners could take possession of their flats.

This project was rolled out in Ghaziabad in 2015 but could not be completed on December 16, 2020 by promoter Nandini Buildhome Consortium Private Limited. Currently, the project is only 82% complete.

Of 320 homes and seven commercial units in the two towers, 244 homes and one commercial units have been sold, with 76 homes and six commercial units still to be sold.
