Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), the real estate arm of the Arvind Group, will soon be looking at 45-50% of real estate sales via online mode.
Digital sales have increased from just 6% in FY21 to 35% in FY22 for the organized real estate player, with a presence in Bengaluru, Pune and Ahmedabad, with an industry average of 30% among the organized players.
Managing Director and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, Kamal Singal, said his digital sales initiatives, including the launch of India's first end-to-end digital sales platform, resulted in more than 35% of new sales across digital channels, also lowering the total cost of sales.
