Out of 32,000 new jobs, about 12,000 jobs will be regular and the remaining will be indirect jobs in which will be prioritise for the locals and Orissa youths.
The CTL plant will produce diesel and naptha from coal by gasification process and is scheduled to start production in 2016-17 with the annual capacity of 4 million per annum. World's best of technology has been adopted in order to minimise the pollution endangerments.
Center has approved all the two CTL projects which are planned to be established in Orissa. The plant owned by JSPL will be set up in Angul, while Tata has citied nearby district Dhenkanal to locate its plant.
